I  understand that I  accepted these terms and conditions when I  submitted this order. I  could have not sent this order without accepting these terms, and conditions. I  have typed my name is below as a signature for this transaction. I  agree that the card that was used was either my card, or another that I have permission to use. I  also understand that if this transaction is charged back for any reason such as fraudulent, or any other that I  will pay the amount shown above. I  also understand that I will pay and court costs, and any other fees regarding this transaction. I  also agree that this information is being presented to me for free, and
I  only pay for search fees. I  understand that MPIS does not sell, or provide any information for a fee. I understand that MPIS costs, and fees are all associated with services, and labor. In no way has this information been resold. I  also understand that no search is 100 % guaranteed, and no refunds will be issued unless the above says a no find no fee search. I  also agree that I  will not use this information in any harmful manner, and I will abide by all rules, and laws in my state and county. I  also agree that Neither MPIS, nor any of its providers of information shall have any liability for the inaccuracy of any information contained in the reports provided by MPIS, or for any delays or omissions therein. Furthermore, I will use the information provided to me by MPIS only in a lawful manner or for lawful purposes. I hereby waive and release MPIS from any and all liability for losses, damages or injuries in any way connected with the information provided to me by MPIS including, but not limited to, inaccurate information, omitted information, or delayed information.

I  have authorized this order by MPIS detective Agency. I will be held responsible for any credit card fraudulent charges, and any credit card transactions. I  understand that If a charge back is issued that you will be responsible for some other method of payment regardless of the reason that the charge back was issued. I  Also understand that most searches are charged to your account regardless if we locate any
information on the subject of the search. Some searches are a no find no fee. These types of searches if ordered will show at the top of this screen saying "No find no fee".
